[Bug] Casing The Joint - Atlas Tree - 100% drop blueprint but not working

Dear Sirs,
The note of "Casing The Joint" on Atlas tree said: "Smuggler's Caches in Areas have 100% increased chance to drop Blueprints..." However, When I open Smuggler's Caches. Only contract drop... It's not 100% drop, it's 100% increased chance to drop. If you have 1% chance to drop, with 100% increased chance it will be 2% chance to drop
