Focus on video 2, I took an item from the Stash, so it can be seen clearly.
In the video, I repeatedly clicked in the upper left area to show it outside the game, everything is normal.
The mouse has a dragging shadow may be a problem with the settings of the video software.

I actually encountered this bug in version 3.16.
You guys fixed it once.

Fixed a bug where the cursor position was sometimes incorrectly recognised.

Bug text description :

In the login interface and character selection interface, the position of the mouse click is consistent with the click recognized by the game, which is normal.

But after entering the game, the mouse can only be used on the right side of the game screen, or in the lower right corner area.

But all the other software games on my computer don't have this kind of bugs, only when you enter poe games will there be bugs.

I also uninstalled and re-downloaded the game. Before reinstalling, I deleted all files about poe, including third-party tools.
After that, in the process of repeated testing, it is found that it may be related to the DPI display settings of Windows.

My monitor is 4k resolution and the DPI of Windows is 200% display.
Only when the DPI of Windows is set to 100%, the click will not be misplaced. It doesn't matter how the game settings are changed. Just about the only solution I could find.
But set to 100% DPI, everything other than the game is displayed very badly and can't be used at all

If the DPI is the issue, compatability settings for the program might help deal with it until GGG gets it fixed.

This is how it looks for me on Windows 10, but I'd expect Windows 11 to have something similar.

I've tried many ways, just forgot this.
