Unfortunately there's no easy or cheap solution, as you need 2 suffixes and 1 prefix here.

The best bet would likely be to combine the Frenzy on Hit with +1 Skills, then fill up prefixes, and then Harvest "Augment Life". There are 2 suffixes with Life tags - either Life Recovery Rate or % Life on Kill. Both are the same weighting so you have exactly a 50/50 shot to land it.

Not that important but especially on an Inquisitor that relies heavily on crit (to ignore resists), I suggest having at least 80% before diamond flask. If you minmax your gear properly, you should get a lot of crit just from getting Str rolls on your suffix slots. If you are struggling to get crit up, a bandaid solution is to run a Diamond flask with "Of the Order" craft "Increased crit during flask affect" or a Bottled Faith.

1) Replace your Cold large cluster - you are wasting skill points on Deep Chill which does nothing for you.

2) Try to fit in 1 or 2 more Medium clusters (crit or proj), this is where you can pump your damage up. A Crit cluster is really important for the double damage mod and to get your crit up.

3) Get an Anomolous inspiration, it's an extra 2% more damage and should be cheap.

4) Onslaught - I don't see where you are getting this, unless you are running a silver flask

5) Replace your Cobalt jewel with a better jewel with crit multiplier rolls. Get a better abyss jewel in your belt.

6) Get UNNERVE on your glove implicit (and get rid of that accuracy implicit). You can probably do better on your helm implicits too.

7) Buy an extra Glorious Vanity and throw divines at it until you land a solid one with Doryani and also several other good notables. Typically you should get something with at least 4/6 usable nodes in under 20-30 divines.

8) Set a live search for a better Megalomaniac with 1-2 solid damage notables.

3 - How i maintain Fatanism 100% time up? Since i have to stack 4 times to get the buff?

In general mapping, you'll get used to shield charging around to build stacks, and once you deal significant enough damage to oneshot trash, you shouldn't be pausing to cast spark more than 1 second between shield charges. Also note that you can still generate charges WHILE you have the buff. In reality you may not experience 100% uptime of Fanaticism, but it should be around 50-75%, which is plenty. The "down time" will typically be AFTER you clear a pack, and are shield charging to the next pack, your Fanaticism will fall off for 1-2 seconds between packs.

How well does this build handle the Simulacrum? Assuming medium investment, can't afford to go crazy. Would Corrupted Soul be a complete no-go due to the sheer deadliness of the mobs, or would regen allow for greater overall survivability? I read the post on the matter on Page 7, just wasn't sure if the Simulacrum would change your verdict on using it.
Currently doing them with my Arakaali's Fang Occultist and can only reliably get to wave ~25, and have to get lucky with mods to get further, so was thinking about trying this build instead.

I would not recommend this for Simulacrum as you absolutely need max/higher chaos resistance, and it's extremely difficult to get chaos resistance on gear due to Melding elemental resistance needs and suffixes being taken up by regen.

Single target DPS is also low on this build, it's more of a screenclear/mapclear build. You really want consistent 10-15M+ single target DPS for wave 30 bosses to not take forever.

You also want crit immunity for Simulacrum ideally

I have a Nebulis in my stash so i thought i try this, but: what do i do without the trigger socketed spell? To i just selfcast or do i switch around skills?

Yea, without trigger, you can just selfcast Frost Shield as needed (or just not even use it, your call, it's a pretty strong ability though for 1 gem socket).

You can then just selfcast Assassin Mark or Sniper Mark on bosses.

Planning to fit in an Enduring Composure and a Winter Prowler cluster to go from 88 to 90 allres.
Gem sockets are really tight. I think I will drop Wrath-divine blessing (it drops my life to 400) and fit some charge generation or tornado in.. or maybe some cwdt-frostshield?
I realize my build is a bit different from the guide but still would appreciate some feedback.
Gearwise, I wanna Aisling my gloves for +2 proj. (2 attempts failed so far), work on enchantments and mb replace my boots at some point (way overcapped on cold res).
Also, trying to get some alternate/awakened gems ofc.

Thanks for the guide, it gave me the idea for Winter Prowler (cant put the +max coldres on gloves/body) and to switch out spark for ball lightning (got the one for supercharge).

Hey, pretty cool take! Glad you are enjoying.

I definitely like the idea of running the Spark in a glove/helm this league since Recombinators have made creating 8-10 links so ridiculously easy.

Personally, I think you might still get more value with a good rare chestpiece, influenced or not. Although you do get Pain Atunement for free, you are basically pathed to it already anyway, so it's just 2 skill points away. It does provide significant armor (11K) but still, a nice Armor/ES rare should compensate, while providing a nice chunk of extra life and other useful mods, plus exarch/eater implicits if you opt to not use influence.

It's close though so honestly probably a sidegrade depending on your playstyle preference.

Also, you may want to test out dropping 1 of the projectile medium clusters for something else. I don't feel like Spark needs +4 pierce, +2 or +3 felt more than plenty. You do lose some projectile speed, but you'd be going from 238% to 208% which is barely noticeable. I guess this is where you could slot in a nice Megalomaniac if you find/buy one, or just another Crit cluster to cap off your crit chance.

I recombulated a few nice armours this league but nothing with global defenses. Also, I really just wanted to use that skin of the lords for the enlighten lvl 6.

The gloves were actually done without recombinators and a fairly deterministic to craft. Fossils on shaper/elder for the essence mod and another suffix, then prefix cannot be changed -> reforge crit/caster/speed for the other mods.
At this point, I used at least 20 ex on them with 3 failed aislings for the +2 proj ^^

Will definitely look into switching the medium cluster setup - Aerodynamics was just what I saw ppl on poe.ninja prioritizing.

Megalomaniac would be nice for sure, but getting a good one will be challenging in SSF :)
i only see 1 gear setup in the pob is it a bug? Since notes says about few build version to chose
