Elder killed but no voidstone, favorite map slot not unlocked and quest not completed

I killed the Elder yesterday, but he didn't drop a voidstone. The favorite map slot is still locked and my quest with Kirak isn't completed...
Is this a bug? I checked today and nothing changed. Last bumped on Feb 24, 2022, 11:32:25 AM
