Can't reforge influence on eater of worlds item in harvest

Steps:
1. Take an Eater of Worlds item and add it to a harvest crafting station inside a harvest encounter. 2. Hover over the crafting option to 'Randomise the Influence types on an Influenced Normal, Magic or Rare Armour, as well as reforging the item with new random modifiers' The option will say 'Item has no influence'  Reference 2,449,261,183.
