Forbidden Flesh/Flame Scion Still bugged

Hi, im using the champion jewels that have 50% chance to give me fortify.
I never get the buff when im attacking (tried auto attacks which should count as melee)   Last bumped on Feb 23, 2022, 5:46:09 PM
