Abyss jewels cannot be obtained with certain mods combinations

So I was looking for a abyss jewel with the mods:


+# to maximum Life
#% increased Damage over Time while holding a Shield
Enemies Maimed by you take 5% increased Damage Over Time


In the trade site, and found out that with this combination of mods there is only two alternatives for item creation:

1. Create a jewel called Foul Iridescence Searching Eye Jewe with the 3 mods
2. Grim Arbiter Searching Eye Jewel with 4 mods, where the 4 mod is chance to avoid being ignited.

I am running this search since the begin of archinemesis league and this is the only two that i found.

More Important is that rank of the rolls tiers is always the same
T4 for life
T2 do dmg over time
T1 for maim
T2 for avoid ignite.

In order words there is no T1 life with that mods combination in the challenge league. And its impossible to get any other mod as the 4 affix

there isn't a bug here.

there is alot of RNG involved, the more specific you want a jewel the harder and harder it becomes(especially with fewer shared tags)

there are alot of duplicates of those specific jewels due to expedition RNG seeds for tujen.
