Kirac Mission gave wrong influence and didn't drop a single influenced item

I just did a Kirac Mission that in his selection screen said it had Shaper influence, but in the map I found Elder influence. After full clear (1 monster remaining) the map didn't drop a single influenced item (I checked afterwards holding ALT).

I am getting the same bug as well. 2 Shaper map missions from Kirac end up being elder inside.

Same, for 2 maps now since the 3.17.1 patch.
Kirac says Shaper and I get Elder. I did, however, get some (worthless) elder items. |

Well, the Kirac mission gave me the correct influenced (Shaper) but still zero influenced item drop.
As other people also complained that using Elder/Shaper Scarab and then no influenced item, i wonder it is a bug or just stealth nerf. (Note that Shaper Scarab literally stated # more Rare Shaper Items found in Area, unless it is not bug due to 0 times whatever is 0) This is the start of forum signature: I am not a GGG employee.
