Perseverance belt doesnt work with champion

This belt has a line "You have Onslaught while Fortified"
But as a champion with ascendancy point Fortitude, i dont get the Onlought buff. Am i reading it wrong or is it a bug? Last bumped on Feb 22, 2022, 4:33:09 PM

Permanent onslaught from passives and items has no buff icon

You can also see the difference in your char sheet.
If you want to see for yourself you can unspec the Fortify node and see your attack/movespeed drop and then increase when you reallocate the node. |

i tried it with "gain onslought on kill" node on the tree and it gave me the buff icon when i kill. Thats why i posted the question in the first place.

With permanent onslaught temporary onslaught buff will be displayed, but will not give anything
