pinpoint bugs with 4 intensify from caster mastery

when i get the caster mastery +1 intensify,my phantasmal frostbolt stops shooting when it reaches 4 stacks of intensify.The animation still goes,but it doesnt release any frostbolts

I mean, its not bugged.
1 Projectile from Frost bolt, 3 from pinpoint. Pinpoint says "1 fewer Projectile per Intensity" 4 - 4 = 0 |
