Mask of the tribunal, does not work with crystalized omniscience

using the new amulet crystalized omniscience which states: "modifiers to attributes instead apply to omniscience " while equipping mask of the tribunal, doesnt work make mask of the tribunal stats look at the omniscience.

The only modifier to attributes that Mask of the Tribunal has is "+(25–30) to all Attributes".

The other modifiers it has are not modifiers to attributes, even if they are modifiers to other things that happen to be conditional on attribute values.
