Assailum's "Snipe" mechanic and Maloney's Mechanism
Greetings,
So, I was planning a build with Assailum, Sinner Tricorne, for Explosive Arrow damage enhance, and Maloney's Mechanism as a stack setup. The mistyping concept (or bug): "Maloney's" has the mod "Trigger a Socketed Bow Skill when you Attack with a Bow", and the "Assailum" turn any non-channeling bow skill into a channeling version. The question is: What really means "Attack with a bow"? I ask that, because when you "USE" the snipping skill (wich already has its own wording (When you use a skill)), you are not actually attacking with the bow, you are channeling, or "USING", the bow attack, so it shoudn't trigger "Maloney's", because of the concept of wording "attack" and "use". This breaks the order wich the character fires the arrows, wich breaks the mechanic of the build. If its how its supose to be mechanically, for power creep avoidance, the wording is misleading, and maybe should be revisited. Thank you for your support. Last bumped on Feb 21, 2022, 10:55:29 AM
