No Passive Atlas Tree bonuses on Kirac Missions ?

Hello.
I've noticed that when I get for example Legion encounter on Kirac Missions I don't get increased time on Legion timer (I have all passives for Legion which makes it "60 increased Duration") When I run normal map it does affect it. atlas passive does not affect Kirac mission
