Rerolling Kirac

This just happened:
I rerolled Kirac's missions earlier with a Comprehensive Scouting Report as i was looking for Doryani's Machinarium for my completion; I managed to find it, but wanted to wait until my friend was online so we could both get the completion. But then noticed i was missing a pantheon power.
So, I opened a white Arcade map, rushed to boss, got awarded with a Kirac mission which... rerolled my Kirac missions.
I don't believe this is the intended way to reroll your Kirac missions so i decided to open a bug report.

sorry for your loss, kirac's missions run like zana's missions and they also rerolled when you started a mission of hers in a map or from your hideout

Oh i might not have been clear:
I didn't start a Kirac mission, it was my own map that i put in the Map Device together with a Divine Vessel (as i said i was going for a pantheon)
After re-rolling his missions, i hadn't touched them - as i said, i was waiting for my friend to come online, and i know using a mission will reroll them.

so it rerolled when you opened the map with kirac in it?

actually, i don't remember if zana also rerolled when you met her in a map or if you acutually had to start the quest.

Kirac doesn't show up in maps anymore but he does have a chance to "award" missions after you kill a map boss.
Zana would never show you what she would award you on the next mission as you always had to enter the map to find out what it was, you couldn't re-roll them anyways.

The issue seems to be that we already have the items to re-roll Kirac, so there is no need to have him reroll on his own. If there were no items, aka scouting reports, there would be no issue of course (would sting, saving up on a mission and to lose it, but okay)

Since we already have the scouting reports Kirac should never reroll missions on his own.
