Grasping vines frequency

First off, league is a blast, league mechanic could be better, but hey, can't ask for too much after all the atlas changes.
BUT
I'm genuinely curious:
What's with the INSANE amount of Grasping Vines debuffs flying around seemingly on every normal, magic and rare mob? I think half of my deaths have legitimately been to these things simply because i was unable to dodge stuff due to the insane slowing effect.

And even guardians! At some point i fought Minotaur paired with his buddy the Hydra and i think one of the extra mobs that spawned slapped me with THE debuff making me unable to dodge stuff anymore.

Even ignoring the fact that it MIGHT kill you, it just slows you down and makes mapping a far worse experience when every other pack gives you Grasping Vines; plus there's no immunity to it. You either get the boots with the fixed 150% MS (blight ones IIRC), or you're forced to "waste" a blink to get out of it.

FWIW, i don't actually have an extra socket to run Flame Dash or any blink, as my Whirling Blades is enough to dodge almost everything the game can throw at me; and even my Withering Step would prevent Flame Dash from ever gaining more than 2 charges, which i would very quickly run out of thanks to, as mentioned earlier, the presence of the debuff on too many mobs.

Is the weighting of the debuff present on mobs something you guys considered changing so it spawns less? It's interesting as a "surprise!" mechanic but not so much when it's so frequent.

TL;DR:
Please revisit Grasping Vines mod weight on mobs, it feels extremely high atm.

This incarnation of Grasping Vines blocks movement skills as well.

Yeah i'm not sure, i think i heard that this was a known bug and it would be hotfixed or something.
