Missing 38 Challenge reward after getting it

Hello.
I just got my 38 challenge and i didn't receive the Archnemesis Prismatic Effect reward. Already restarted the game to check, but nothing till now. Am i the only one with this problem? I'm sure this is a bug. Last bumped on Feb 18, 2022, 12:01:37 AM
