Secrets of Suffering bug with Mace Mastery : All Damage with Maces and Sceptres inflicts Chill

I know Secrets of Suffering only works off of critical strikes, even with high crit chance, Mace Mastery and Secrets of Suffering, i cannot apply Brittle unless i add Cold Damage.
Even though the mastery lets all damage sources apply Chill.

Working as intended. The mastery does not let all damage types apply Cold Ailments, only Chill. Secrets of Suffering does not "convert" Chill to Brittle; it disables Chill and Freeze, and enables Brittle, which is an entirely separate ailment. Modifiers specific to Chill do not apply to Brittle, only modifiers to Cold Ailments, Elemental Ailments, or Ailments.
