Fortify still sucks for melee skills with low damage effectiveness like Bladestorm and Cyclone

Bladestorm in particular suffers really badly from the current fortify implementation especially against uniques and rares.

Maintaining full stacks on white and most blues is fine, but it hardly tickles rares and Uniques for generating fortify stacks.

Please give melee skills a separate effectiveness for added damage for applying fortify.

Its hard enough playing melee at the moment without this one essential skill being practically worthless.

You can get 7500 life, 80 all resist and 90% phys damage reduction, 29 fortify stacks and still get one shotted. Melee is in a very bad place right now, you can't scale damage efficiently while building some decent defense

I am curious if something like "lower fortify threshold for each melee support gem for supported skill".

I mean, it would fix the problem if it would be multiplicative. No way some casters would use 6L Shield Charges (but if they'd do, let then have fortify)
