No altars, or eldritch packs when Eater of Worlds is selected on Map Device

Can anyone think of any reason why I am not spawning altars? My progress bar is stuck at 16/28 as well.

I am playing in standard, and the only thing I can think of may be that I was running old tile set maps and then switched to running Ashen Wood in the current 3.17 map iteration for the last 10 or so.

To be clear the old tile set maps were maps that exist on the 3.17 atlas, and I was getting credit toward the pinnacle encounters, and had altars/eldritch packs.

It was once I switched to 3.17 Ashen Woods that this began.

Happens if you add Shaper/Elder scarabs or trigger any other atlas influence.

Had the same issue and fixed it by not adding any of that stuff.

ahhh crap yep - thats it. Elder frags.
