Forbidden Flesh Malediction Bug on Elementalist

Suppose the Malediction node on Forbidden Flesh Jewel should work on any Ascendancy Classes for witch. But I have tried the jewel with Elementalist and no additional curse can be applied. Hope someone can answer.

You should use both jewels - Forbidden Flesh and Forbidden Flame
