Graveyard boss goes afk

I thought I was doing the encounter wrong so I’ve ran it 3x. It’s rare and corrupted but I’m not getting the atlas passive at the end. Then I noticed during the fight one of the 3 skeletons either gets stuck or something it looks like he’s afk. It’s untargetable, just stands thr next to a coffin.
