Forbidden Flame/Flesh not working for Templar - Unwavering Crusade

As far as I know, my ballista totems are not getting an attack speed boost (20%) that should come from Unwavering Crusade. I checked by looking at the skill attack speed with and without one of the jewels equipped. I have both Forbidden Flame and Forbidden Flesh equipped. I am a Hierophant.

Hey, I have +10% chance for harvest and 10% chance for jun mission on atlas passives... I've gotten 3 harvests in 300 maps. I've gotten 1 jun mission in that same time. I keep posting bug report and no one replies. Are you guys aware of this issue? It's very statistically improbable for this to happen if those nodes are working.

im going to try removing the harvest nodes that I can from the tree to see if that fixes it.
