Belt enchant accuracy while onslaught

My accuracy is not increasing while I have onslaught from mods "...gain Onslaught for 4 seconds on Kill".

I have it on boots and I tried with Death Rush ring as well, the same result.

But if I use flask and I get onslaught from flask accuracy is increasing.

Onslaught doesnt increase accuracy. It increases attack, cast and move speed.

Did you even read what he wrote? He have an enchant on belt from lab "30% increase accuracy rating wile you have onslaught" and it doesnt work with onslaught he gets from killing the mobs but it works with onslaught from potions.
