Requiesting Infernal Blow build for 3.17 patch

Hello need help.
I m new player in PathOfExile i watched many spells, and i wana play melee two handed or one handed preffer Swords.
I i find very fun looking playstyle of infernal blow. So who can help me with the build ???

I looking for all continents, So it would be nice if it can tank one or two hits.
It doesnt have to be very big damage.

So looking something to run chill on maps and can take few hits.

Bit late to reply, and it's not a Marauder, but Hollow Palm ranger has some good infernal blow builds going for it.
