Eater of Worlds Influence Altar Doesn't work

I have a screenshot, but it basically just shows an altar that spawned but what isn't visible is that regardless of which option I clicked it didn't do anything. Now from previous maps I understand that these normally spawn monsters to fight but this would not occur.
I even tried clearing the map first and still nothing. Not sure what caused this issue, and I don't see any other posts on this. Also, I'm not sure if this is relevant but this is the only altar that spawned in the map, and it was right by the portal entrance. So it seems like this bug might have prevented further altar spawns but I'm not sure. Last bumped on Feb 15, 2022, 11:40:39 AM

Same problem, its random if I get them on maps... really annoying

It just a graphical bug when you backtrack, which the used altar reappear. (The correct behaviour should be hidden)

I think the monsters not spawning is normal. You have to carefully read what the mods does, some effect Eater of Worlds monsters and some affect the Unique Boss, in the later I think no monsters will spawn.
