Lag spikes on ms and cpu usage

I posted this issue before but forgot to include the WinMTR test so I didn't get much help as it's a requirement for network testing so here is it and a more concise explanation of my issue.
I'm experience lag spikes on my latency and CPU usage which causes FPS drops. My PC is a modern rig 2060 super Ryzen 5 3600 16gb ddr4 ram and 480gb sata ssd. Should run poe fine on ultra settings 1080p 60, even on low settings/default I still have the issue. I tend to run on a medium settings 1080p 75 fps. I've been having them since the new league. " WinMTR looks fine. Try disabling "engine multhreading". Are you by any chance using Windows'11 because that OS have / have had big problems with games and AMD CPU's. |

" I did try disabling it but unfortunately it causes too much lag on my pc. I was running windows 11 but switch back to 10 and the issue still happens. There was a recent ISP tech visit here to fix my fiber cable which was snapped in half by the electrician guy by accident, but the ISP guy fixed the cable and my internet returned. I don't know if the issue is to do with the cable or with the game. I've formatted my pc to reinstall windows 10 so it's not an issue with the game's files ore the os either, drivers are up to date. I'll try connecting my pc to my brother's internet tomorrow to see if the issue goes away but I suspect it might not be the internet as U said the MTR looks fine. Otherwise I don't know what else to do. |

I dont know if this will help much but it can reduce the processing of your CPU.
Obvious stuff is to lower the game settings to the lowest. Enable the dynamic stuff at the end to also have the client help reduce clutter. ------------ Big boy l33t h@xx0r time!!!!:!:!:!:! Goto the folder with your loot filter and edit the production_config file. Our main goal in this file is to make GGG block certain audio i.e ambience and to do that we will rewrite the text. An example could be: ambience_sound=30 vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv ambience_sound=false <------ This tells GGG to block the stupid sound Thereafter we save our changes to the text and exit. Now this is the mucho importantes part where we make the file "read only" to avoid GGG touching it and trying to produce our unwanted CPU eating sounds. --------------------- Downside is that this is a permanent solution and changes in PoE will not alter it. So if you decide to switch lootfilters from "levelingActs" to "epicGamingWarlord69omega" you will have to manually switch it in the file or delete it and open the game so the game creates a new file. However then you will have to manually remove the sounds again etc. Warm regards, kosher gaming warlord |

" I tried running the game on lowest settings or even default ones and the problem doesn't go away. I might try the other suggestion tho. My pc is pretty good anyway so it should run the game fine on any settings, it was running fine before the new league anyway, I hope ggg gets to fix this. |
