They are not sneaky.
GGG publicly announced a couple of days ago in "Announcements" that the new stash tabs will not be on sale but will be during the next stash tab sale. The new tabs are never put on sale in the first tab sale. IIIRC, sometimes not even the second tab sale. Although they explicitly stated that the Gem and Flask specialty tabs will be on sale next time.
