Can't load trade site?

I'm able to access Chrome's full functionality, but when I try to load the trade site, it just stays on the gears forever. I'm able to use Edge...but I'd rather use Chrome. Any ideas?

Same with mine this league, I didn't have this problem before. But I can use any other browser without being stuck in the loading gears.
