Strange behavior - mouse clicks / movement - click out of Map Device UI -> NPC

I have noticed strange behavior
1. I have opened map Device - UI (on the right I have placed Lilly as vendor) 2. click on Lilly 3. character stops mid way to Lily  edit: native 3440x1440 resolution if that has any effect (as some clickable areas are restricted on ultrawide I represent only myself, my own thought and believes. I am individual, not a representative of the community. I am not speaking on behalf of someone else and I don't get offended by things that have nothing to do with me. 3.13 was the golden age.
