Is it possible to curse on hit with Summon Skeletons?

I have both profane bloom forbiden flesh and forbiden flame, is there a way to use a 6 link with Summon skeletons to curse on hit?

Minions cannot trigger anything. The only way I know ofof for Minions to curse are by equipping a few select shields and using Necromantic Aegis. Animate Guardian has a few other niche options.
