Sextant modifiers get one additional use doesn't work with saved modifiers

So if I use a charged compass with 3 uses on my voidstone, with the atlas passive for one additional use I should get 4 uses out of that, right?

And actually, anytime I use a awakened sextant on the voidstone it still shows as 3 uses when it should be 4.
