Evasion Mastery and Wind Dancer

Hi, guys
I just found Evasion Mastery grant 40% increased Evasion Rating when you get hit,better than Wind Dancer Keystone grant 40 more Evasion Rating when you get hit,and take 20% more damage. So what the point for Wind Dancer?

And I tried Evasion Mastery, it wasn't 40% increased total Evasion, just about 20%,anyone know why?

all applicable "increased/reduced" modifiers stack into one multiplier. "more/less" are always standalone multipliers

So Evasion Mastery is +40%,Whereas Wind Dancer is x40%.

Evasion Mastery is +40% of the base you had. Here's an example:

Say you have 1000 base evasion. You have maybe 60% total increased evasion on the tree. So you would now have 1600 evasion. But if you get the mastery for 40% increased, you would now have 100% increased evasion and therefore have an evasion of 2000. It's important to note this 40% uses your original base of 1000 (the base is the sum of all your flat evasion) and not the modified 1600.

Wind Dancer however would be 1600 X 1.4, not 1000 X 1.4.
