Cant complete "Death and Rebirth"

Hi Team,
I cant complete the "Death and Rebirth" quest as Lani doesnt recognise it and Lilly Roth has a quest hand in but only allows me to "Set Sail from Oriath". Character name "DummQunt",  Hoping for your help! Cheers. Last bumped on Feb 11, 2022, 3:32:28 AM
