Crit chance with Brittle

Hi,

Brittled enemies have +5% chance to recieve critical strike (considering the ailment coming from brittle on block or new brittle ground).

Does this value come after the regular crit chance is calculated (sum up base crit chance then add increased crit chance), or does it count as a bonus to base crit chance ?

Additional crit is the "to critical strike" modifier. This added to your base crit before increased/decreases are taken into account.

I know there used to be a crit modifier that was added onto the end with a very old Assassin's Mark, but once the curse was changed I don't know if that mechanic remained. It used to be the only way to reach 100% crit chance.
