3k ms lag spikes after the 3rd day of the new league.

Hello, I have been playing the new league since its start, but very recently I started having momentary huge lag spikes on the scale of 1000-4000 ms, after which it would fall down again. I have restarted my router, changed my server(multiple times) and I still encounter the same issue. Neither my hardware nor my internet connection has been changed in the past month and I do not encounter any lag spikes in any other way shape or form(Okia's speedtest consistently shows 16 ms response time from my provider's server, league of legends runs at stable 72 ms all the time and discord does not report any lag spike above 100 ms). I am at a loss right now. I really enjoy this game and I hope that I can get a fix soon. (Also pinged google.com, no packet loss 72 ms response time all 4 times I run the ping command). Any and all help is appreciated.

ya this is getting pretty annoying earlier in day was fine but now im getting 2k latency spikes like every 5-10seconds but internet is perfectly fine on everything else

300+ packet WinMTR report against the instance Ip WHILE you are in it and it's happening.

Posting to say that I am also encountering this issue - it has been so bad that I haven't been able to get out of act 2 because the game crashes before I can reach the next checkpoint. Didn't encounter the issue when I was playing yesterday.
