Challenges UI bugged + Challenges objectives not matching the description

There are a few challenges that have a requirement different than their description. Example is "Boons of the Atlas II" which has the following description :

"

Complete three of the following encounters.

Yet the objectives requires 4 encounters.

I did 3 of these encounters, got the notification saying the challenge was completed, my challenge count went from 32 to 33, I received the associated totem reward. The thing is my challenge UI still marks it as uncompleted, and says I have 32 challenges instead of 33. I see the correct number (33) when I write in chat or here in my online profile.



As you can see, the UI still lists me at 32 challenges with Boons of the Atlas II at 3/4, despite it being correct on the website (33 challenges, Boons of the Atlas II at 3/3)



Also the challenge "Mysterious Orbs" doesn't seem to work, or at least do not registed the use of Grand Eldritch Ember / Ichor
