Cannot refund certain notables

[Problem Solved]

Forgot to unspec the masteries.

I have a strange bug regarding refunding notable passive skills.

After anointing death attunement, I tried to refund the passive skill but the game would not allow it.

I also tried to refund other passives and the behaviour is really strange I can refund Mystic Bulwark but not Quick Recovery. I can refund Sacrifice but not Spiritual Command. These are all end notables in my tree and not needed for traveling to other notes.

Things I tried:

1. Logging in again.
2. Remove cluster jewel from tree
3. Remove abyss and threshold jewels
4. Unequip all equipment

Noting changes that I cannot refund certain notables.
