"curse enemies with hex on hit" = "cursed by you"?

I know that triggered spells dont count as cast by you, but the description of hex on hit rings says curse on hit, so I wanted to ask:
will using flammability on hit ring work with Carrion node "enemies cursed by you have 50% reduced life regen"?

That should apply, yes. The spell is not actively cast by you, but it is still your curse.
