Missing Exarch Influence

I've been party playing with my group member running the map device, and my atlas is currently at 105/117. Both of my other 2 group members have gotten the "Alter your perception so you can detect the influence of The Searing Exarch in this map" on their map device, I have not. My party has killed the Black Star, and all of us have gotten proper quest progression for the Eater of Worlds. My quest is stuck at "explore the atlas" but I've run multiple maps in all the tiers to try to get it to continue, but no luck. Starting to feel much like a bug, would appreciate some assistance.

My quest progress for both eldritch bosses is also stuck. Every map you do will drop the quest invitation unless you already have it, and you can't progress further. No idea what the solution is, just hoping a fix comes in soon.

Yep. My partner's account is also missing the Searing Exarch map device option as well. She's doing T16 maps, tried lower maps, can't progress the quest to unlock this.

I have the same problem here.
Any solution?
