Some atlas tree passives (strongbox/essence) not working on Shaper Guardian maps

At minimum the "Tamper-Proof" (strongboxes are at least rare, corrupted) does not proc, and "Prolific Essence" (area contains an additional essence) also does not function on Shaper Guardian maps.

Confirmed so far on Hydra and Phoenix maps, both spawned a regular white strongbox in the area and neither had any essences.

A bit weird as the "Guardian's Aid" atlas node still works, healing the guardian and bringing in an ally.
