The Gluttonous Tide not working with Voidfletcher

Hello,

After testing I confirmed that The Gluttonous Tide will not add additional projectiles to Voidfletcher here is attack without maximum frenzy charges:


And here is a picture after all frenzy charges are consumed:


Why it should work?

Because Death's Opus is working with Voidfletcher he says "Bow Attacks fire 2 additional Arrows"

The Gluttonous Tide says "Lose all Frenzy Charges on reaching Maximum Frenzy Charges to make the next Bow Attack you perform fire that many additional Arrows" in other words after x bow fire x additional arrows.

According to the text, it only affects the next bow attack you perform, which Void Shot is not (Void Shot requires that you fire arrows with a non-triggered skill which necessarily means you've just performed an attack). Death's Opus works because it just applies to all bow attacks.

I see from where your confusion comes from so when you have 5 stacks of void charges your next attack will consume 1 void charge and shoot 1 arrow but will add the additional arrows.

As you can see no matter if you are using The Gluttonous Tide(3 void shots) or Death's Opus(5 void shots) 1 attack will consume 1 void charge.
It's not about the void charges, the extra arrows won't apply to the void shot because it'll always apply to the attack that triggered the void shot instead, unless somehow there's a way to gain the last frenzy charge between the attack and the void shot triggered by it so that the trigger will affect the void charge instead.

To clarify, taggedjc was pointing out that global static "extra arrow" effects will add the projectiles to both the attack you use yourself and the triggered void shot, while the gluttonous tide effect with reaching maximum frenzy charges applies to an attack once only, and it'll be spent on the attack you use yourself before the void shot is triggered.
I see that makes a lot of sense if it's considered a separate attack. RIP Gluttonous Tide
I believe the issue is that Void Shot is triggered, so it's not a "Bow Attack you perform". It seems similar to "Spells you cast yourself", but for bow attacks.

If this bow wasn't designed to restrict triggered attacks, it might say something like "... to make your next Bow Attack skill fire that many additional arrows" instead.
