War Bringer Forbidden Flame/Flesh Jewels are missing the 50% more multiplier from sheet damage

War Bringer jewels are generating and sacrificing rage, but the 50% more multiplier does not show up on in-game damage (it doesn't show up for the Berserker either in-game). It also isn't showing in POB, but it does for the Berserker (which makes me wonder if it's working at all in-game).

Are the Forbidden jewels working properly (specifically the War Bringer nodes), and, if so, how can I verify it?
