Monsters steal Power, Frenzy and Endurance charges on Hit even though the map does not have the mod

Same here, the mod is crippling on my Badge of the Brotherhood Assassin.

most likely the bug is the map mod is on the map item but not showing in map

I'm having the same issue after rerolling my Deadeye to a Raider. Didn't see the mod on the Map device nor in the Map but i instantly go from 9 to 0 Charges, which is really gamebreaking

Eater of Worlds Altars can give Eater mobs the ability to steal Power, Frenzy and Endurance charges.
Are you sure you did not activate such an Altar? |

" This is the best explanation I've seen. I've had this happen to me, and it's most definitely not down to a map mod I missed before I went into a map. (Although I've had that happen too, but have seen the mod when I've hit Tab.) However, it's quite possible I missed an Eater of Worlds effect, because I just didn't notice it for some reason. I am having the same problem in delve. Nothing about it is in the modifiers... yet they steal Frenzy charges no matter the biome or depth.
