Engine Multithreading Problems after 3.17 patch (or sooner?)

Same issue... Bump.
Affliction and Necropolis worst leagues ever. The current game design has slowly turned this game into a loot-shower fest, chase uniques are way too available; and obtaining chase items through stacked decks and valdo's boxes simply isn't fun.

same issue after ancestors league,vulkan stabilized it a little for me but current patch its all over again. turning off multi-threading fixes the stutters but lower fps (like -20).

I am Necroing this thread from the Necropolis to say I am having the same issues, and the random solution that was even posted in this thread about running a youtube video while playing the game has fixed my FPS issue to a stable 60.
GGG this post is from 3.17 with no responses in it. Why does running a youtube video fix my FPS issue? There was no problem in any prior league.
