Xbox One X issues

I'm having a serious issue on two Xbox One X's. The game will crash before even allowing me to log on. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game on both consoles. I have factory reset the router and consoles. The game will start with the grinding gear scene, then will be missing elements in the title screen, then crash. Or, will shut down the Xbox's. I had no issues last night, but for several nights, it will do this. I have gone wireless, and wired. The Xbox's run all other games with no difficulty, just PoE is crashing. Any advice or news would be appreciated. Oh, I can play on my laptop (which is subpar to play the game) with just lag problems and graphics that suck. I know it's the laptop in that case. Please help.

Devs posted a reply on another thread. Make a temp account and log into the game with that one. Second, go to xbox menu and swap to main account. Do NOT use in game option by hotting X. Third, change setting to Favor Performance from Favor Quality. Game should work then. I thought that was for loot. It’s not. If you can’t or haven’t changed that setting, then I have no idea after that
