Eight Scouting Reports...

After having run approximately 70 maps I have 8 scouting reports saved up (about half those 70 run with the extra 60% scouting reports node).

This seems like a fair drop.

The issue is, despite having taken the Kirac mission nodes to 7%, I have had exactly two Kirac missions since mapping.

Is this normal or just RNG being out of favor? I can pick up the extra 3% in the bottom left corner with the "Comprehensive Scouting Reports" but I don't want to do that, get more scouting reports, but having nothing to use them on.

P.S. Awesome freaking job GG. IMHO the best league/expansion period.

Assuming you got 7% chance to get Kirak mission after first 15 maps, 7%x55=3.85, so on average you should have about 4 missions after first 70 maps completed.
