Does rage support work with frenzy if u Use a bow?

I got a Forbidden Shako with lvl 32 Rage support (amazing!), the other support is GMP, so now im wondering does Rage SUpport work with frenzy (or puncture) at range while wielding a bow? The rage generation should not work and ive tested it, but the damage in theory should as long as u can generata rage in some other way. Does I get the added phys damage for the support? If u just read the gem it should work from the wording.

You will get the damage portion (unless they changed that) but don't think they have. The rage gen will def not work on a bow (I would love for GGG to make rage gen on bowzerks not painfully hard).

With that in mind, I bet you could prob find better supports for your bow skill, whatever you're using.

Rage Support is melee tagged. It can't support bow skills at all. I was sure they had changed that interaction with those skills at some point. But just went to check to be sure, and it does still work. My bad lol.

Yeah you can deffinently use it, but does it work? Has anone of you tested if u get the damage? As for better supports, i youre usjng something like doomfletch I think its kinda op with so much flat!?

Yes, the phys dmg still works with bows using Elemental Hit, Frenzy, or Puncture.
