tier 14 maven invitation not dropping when reaching 10/10, currently 12/10

hi

im currently at 12/10 progress for maven invitation in tier 14, but the invitation does not drop (it did not drop when i witnessed the 10th)

circle indiactor on the atlas is full, and says 12/10 when i hover over it.

In the quest log, any mention of numbers (for example 7 out of 10) is gone.
quest log for maven quest says: Call the maven to tier14+ Maps and complete them as she watches.

Is this normal? Theres only 2 more t14+ for witness to maven

This happened to a friend of my friend! We all thought he was high. This might be a real story after all!

Anyone got a solution for this? It is driving me crazy.
I even searched my whole stash in case I stashed the invitation..

Currently at 7/10 but I'm afraid now I might get into this problem too.
Do you all use "The Most Toys" passives? Maybe it jumped from 9 to 11 and didn't catched that it should stop at 10?

Nah did not had it before tbh just do it imagine the bug gets fixxed and we can fight against 15 bosses at once lul

Now at 16/10 , so im guessing trying to do more will not randomly drop it.
Im guessing the trigger that was supposed to make it drop at 10/10 did not go off

I am at 20/10 and it wont help..

Me and my friend are both 11/10 right now. Not sure how to get the invitation
