Can't get the quest reward.

I saved the reward from Act 10's Safe Passage because I didn't know yet what to pick. Once I killed Kitava and went to the Epilogue I sorted my gear and then went to pick my flask. Lani no longer had the option, not in any act, yet I still have the quest in the log activated.
