Divine Blessing + Lifetap Incorrectly Calculating Life Cost

I'm not sure what's happening, only that Lifetap's 300% multiplier isn't be applied correctly to the new base cost of the aura after Divine Blessing is introduced.

Testing this should be fairly easy, but as an example on my character the mana cost to activate Haste is 644, but when I introduce Lifetap it's only 1513 (instead of 1932, as 300% would imply).

The cost appears to be intuitive until Lifetap gets involved, and I'm not sure why. It appears Lifetap is acting only as a 2.35x Multiplier, as opposed to a full 3x one. Divine Blessing isn't using its level 1 value (+90 mana), as that returns a value 60 mana HIGHER than what I've ended up with.

Lifetap returns the correct cost multiplier when used with any other skill; it is specifically with Divine Blessing that this quirk occurs.

This is pretty significant for anyone trying to use this combination to hit low-life (prohibitively so).

*UPDATE* Figure out exactly what happens. However, now I have no idea if it's intended.

Could someone from GGG clarify (I know this is a lot to ask, but I can't find the information ANYWHERE else) if Divine Blessing's addition to the cost is intended to be multiplied by other support gem modifiers, or if it's supposed to simply be added after the fact as a flat value? There's a reddit thread where Mark_GGG replies to how it's interpreted, but says nothing to the effect of whether or not this addition is supposed to interact with other mana/life cost multipliers:

Secondly, in the image provided for Divine Blessing (at level 20) it states that supported skills cost +233 mana. For clarification, does this mean that the cost to cast the skill is equal to that base cost of 233, or is it equal to the reservation cost + 233?

The 233 is not a base cost, it is an addition to the base cost. A Reservation is not a Cost. The gem changes the reservation to a (base) cost, and also has a modifier that adds to the cost.

I have 2821 life.

Malevolence in the Covenant unique body armour reserves 50% life or 1410 life.

If I attach a LV14 Divine Blessing support to Malevolence in the unique, now it costs 364 life to cast.

I have 33% reduced life cost of skills. I have no idea how it's arriving at that figure. Likewise if I use Lifetap instead of the unique, it costs more (829 life), but that's still way less than it should if it was taking into account the Lifetap multiplier.

Also, if I change my max life (remove some equipment), the life cost to cast the aura doesn't change. I think it's bugged.

When I use auras with flat costs with Lifetap, it seems to be calculating things correctly (aura flat cost x 3, then add the flat amount from Divine Blessing, then reduce the whole thing by my reduced life cost of skills).

If it is like in my case, what's happening is the 50% life reservation is being completely ignored. It's figuring out how much mana it would reserve first, then converting that to a life value because of Divine Blessing. Whether or not Divine Blessing's additional cost modifier is added after or before he 33% reduced life cost of skills, I cannot say. Only that, as far as the skill is concerned, this is a consistent (but dubious as to whether or not it's intentional) behavior.
